I'd like to help you feel better, and what I can do involves more than listening and giving advice. Psychotherapy isn't entered into lightly, and it's important to consider whether change is what you want. It isn't for everybody, and sometimes, change depends on the season of your life. However, if you are experiencing a need to change something that has become a problem, such as sadness, anxiety, or relationship distress, or a habit such as procrastination or an addictive behavior, you might be ready to explore psychotherapy to find a solution.
I tailor therapy to each individual, rather than to the diagnosis, and my goals are to facilitate and equip my patients with the tools to deal with their problems. It is a self-help approach because the aim is to help the individual become effective in maintaining the positive change.
I co-founded the Feeling Good Therapy & Training Center of Fremont where we train other therapists and serve our patients utilizing an advanced form of CBT or cognitive behavioral therapy. As a Christian, I offer my services to local churches and pastors, and I am bilingual in English and Mandarin.
Cost per Session: Up to $250. Also speak Mandarin
