With passion, I provide psychotherapy to individuals and people-in-relationships (couples, families, parent-child dyads) to improve relationship dynamics, heal from relational losses and difficulties, and restore potentials to be in relationships. My qualifications include: National Certified Therapist for Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT). Certified in Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT), Positive Parenting Program (Triple-P), Seeking Safety, Managing and Adapting Practices (MAP). Endorsed in California as an Infant-Family/Early Childhood Mental Health Specialist and Reflective Practice Facilitator.
Being able to provide therapy in English, Cantonese, or Mandarin, I consider myself an 1.5 generation Asian American, allowing me to navigate in various cultural issues and across generations with ease.
