The great gift of human beings is that we have the power of empathy" (Meryl Streep). I understand how hard life can be, and being vulnerable to share your story is not easy. It is during moments of overwhelming stress that we need the most compassion. I want you to know that you're not ALONE. Your story is meaningful to me, and I am here to assist you in dealing with tough life circumstances by helping you rediscover your strength, heal past wounds, enhance your relationships, and promote positive self-growth so that you can accomplish your life goals.
I work with individuals, couples, families, and adolescents particularly those dealing with severe depression, anxiety, addiction, substance abuse and the resulting relationship issues. I also work with clients struggling with cultural roles, and identity issues, who balance adjusting to a unique culture while also being authentic to themselves.
Being multi-cultural myself I understand the struggle that comes with being different, and trying to find a good balance between being true to oneself, as well as fitting in. I am committed to providing you with a warm, welcoming, and safe space to share your story, and to feel heard, and understood.
