Building community for a diverse world

We use moderated virtual peer support groups and tailored resources to connect our users with each other and culturally specific therapists.

DIGI-TALKS

Digi-Talks act as a support network and a sounding board. Other members of the group often help you come up with specific ideas for improving a difficult situation or life challenge, and hold you accountable along the way. It can be a relief to hear others discuss what they’re going through, and realize you’re not alone.

What Sukhi means

Sukhi means “happiness” in Sanksrit; we plan to promote just that. The Sukhi Project was created to provide culturally aware mental wellness services and a supportive community. We started with Asians / Asian Americans given the unmet need within this resilient community. We offer virtual peer support groups (Digi-Talks), a library of culturally specific therapists, and meditations to build mental resilience.

We’re here to help you find support. We’ve open sourced our directory to make it easier for all people to find culturally specific mental health providers.
