Your mission:

To celebrate our progress, let's end the week with a moment of self reflection. Close your eyes, take four deep breaths, and when you open them, draw a picture of your ideal community. Whose in it? How are they treating you or others? Can you identify one tangible action you can commit to now in order to make that dream come to fruition?

Why?

Through intentional, positive thinking, visualization exercises like these can act as a catalyst for change.
