identify one activity

In this meditative exercise, simply observe your breath for about a minute. Breathe in for a count of 4 through your nose - out through your mouth for a count of 4. Spend another minute examining what are the intrinsic (internal) motivators that drive your actions currently. Now think through those extrinsic motivators (external). Before opening your eyes - identify one activity that you are intrinsically motivated to do - that you really enjoy - and schedule time later today to do it.
