Here is your task for today:
Spend the next few minutes doing a body scan. New to the concept? It's easy. Close your eayes, sit up straight, and starting from your toes, mentally scan each part of your body. Imagine the sun is shining directly above you, and pouring some much needed vitamin D into your body. Your toes - shins - thighs - core - lower, middle, upper back - chest - down youor arms - fingers - back up to your neck - to the top of your head. If you'd like a video to help - try this!
