A part of being mindful is being present. Find work related activity and commit to a deep focus on it for the next 10 mins. No checking mail, no using other tabs - only doing that one task. Write down what the activity was and how many times your focus wandered.
The science behind today’s task:
Several studies have highlighted a sense of clarity as an important benefit of mindfulness meditation. It is suggested that mindfulness meditation will help you improve concentration and memory, reduce stress and anxiety and improve ‘executive control’ which allows you to better manage your emotions.
