Here is your task for today:

Mindful listening: Listen with intent on the sound in your environment for the next few minutes. Notice how your body reacts to each sound - the hum of an air conditioner, the sound of traffic, the shuffle of footsteps. It may help to close your eyes and mentally note and bodily reactions that were triggered from the cacophony that is your work environment.
