Cristina is a passionate educator and advocate who empowers others with the tools and skills to succeed personally and professionally. She currently serves as the Head Career Coach at Outco, a San Francisco based startup that provides skill sharpening services for job seeking engineers. She also leads a non-profit organization called Parachute Bridge where she builds curriculum for career and professional development courses for first-gen college students. Cristina is also a business owner of Cristina Costa Coaching where she offers career and life coaching for women of color and diversity and inclusion training to tech startups and companies.
