Here is your task for today:

It's easy to get exhausted during the day. Schedule a short 15 min power nap during the day - even if you can't fall aslee, set aside that time to rest your eyes. Perhaps a good time could be when you feel that mid-day lull? Try napping in a short burst rather than crashing for a longer time
