Framing your goals

Throughout the week, we'll be focusing on understanding purpose through goal setting and charting a path to those goals. At the end of the week, you will be equipped with a hundred-word philosophy that will serve as your daily pep talk to remind you that your goals are worthy and every day's effort towards them is important.

Write down a list of your top twenty-five goals (or more). This might seem impossible at first, but give it a try. List all of the projects you're currently working on, both at home and at work. List all of the things you want to do but feel like there's no time. List at least twenty-five. More is better.

This list will a launchpad to getting to finding the nugget of purpose that acts as your driving force.
