Becoming your goals
With these goals in mind, let's think about what has worked so far in your life to help achieve those goals or other goals you've achieved.
Write down a list of three qualities, traits, or habits that you can embody to reach these goals. Write three for each of your top five goals. Your list should have fifteen total items on it.
This list can be called your stepping stones. Let's keep it handy as we move through the week.
