Fetch a cup of tea / water and a quiet space. Try to be completely focused as you sip half of that cup down. Notice the taste, the temperature, the path of the liquid down your throat. Anytime your mind wonders, see if you can get back on track. Single track focus - only on your experience drinking for a couple minutes.
