Alliance for Girls used the Sukhi tool to plan our annual staff retreat. They provided valuable insights regarding the current status of our organizational culture. Specifically it illuminated the need to build in time for employee self-care and a culture of celebration and resiliency Not only did these insights shape our retreat, we continue to use them to strengthen our organization on a daily basis!
