Granatum Bioworks

I think it is a GREAT tool that covers, with very little effort, a dimension of our organization that we have wrongfully neglected. Results and impact also come from people who should be feeling comfortable with themselves and with the rest of the people inside. My thanks to the Sukhi project!

The assessment is very straightforward and simple to fill and understand. The extended dashboard is well distilled. The most helpful to me where the action recommendations and insights regarding gender/tenure. It was surprising to see the company I've run for 10 years as a kaleidoscope of different mindsets. Additionally, I would consider looking into age groups as a source of different perceptions and mindsets.
